Their very rude! I never finished a application with them and they pulled my credit a month after STARTING not FINISHING the application. I was assured that my credit would not be pulled until I FINISHED the application. When I called to ask questions just to get clarification the receptionist was VERY RUDE. I called and spoke to someone in the Prattville office about the situation she was very nice and explained what could have happened and she show that the application was not COMPLETE!

Great company, easy financing and user interface. Had just a bit of trouble creating my account but I think that had more to do with my e-mail than with 1st Franklin... that being said I contacted this branch and Abby was extremely helpful!! Stayed with me on the phone and walked me through a couple of work-arounds until we figured it out!! Extremely helpful and kind individual. Sounded kinda cute too!
