When I say they are the most sweetest and understanding loan company they really are. Every time I come in and pay my loan they are in a good mood and I love how welcoming they are. As long as you call and let them know what you have going on and they will understand and work with you. I would continue getting a loan here.

The staff has always been extremely nice to me. If you're having a hard time making a payment, best believe they will help you work it out. I love and thank them for making me feel like family! OPELIKA FINANCE YOU ROCK!!

Was try to help someone with there loan application an the lady was so freaking rude I really couldn't say what I want to cause they need the loan but baby this white on black stuff really need to come to a end like we just like yall just different color an I would NOT RECOMMEND ANY BLACK PEOPLE THERE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE!! Awesome Customer service! I called late one afternoon, they did my paperwork and approved me the very next day! Very professional! I am a satisfied customer and I would definitely recommend this company!!

Horrible customer experience! There is a girl there who is very rude and unprofessional! I most definitely will be contacting corporate! No company should be ran this way! I don’t recommend going here! I asked them to withdraw my application after 5 hours and the representative was very rude and unprofessional after I asked my application be withdrawn.And after this they still checked my credit! I most definitely will be disputing this and reporting the rude representative!

I am not a customer of Opelika Finance, but I am a concerned son trying to help his aging mother manage her finances. While attempting to ask management questions about an account in good standing with the actual account holder present and verbally giving consent to share sensitive information, I was accused of being rude and threatened with forcible removal from "her" store without any provocation whatsoever. Needless to say the entire ordeal left me and my mother thoroughly frustrated, shaken and upset. I understand these institutions serve a purpose and fulfill needs within the community of Opelika but there is no excuse for what happened inside the store today. There are multiple institutions within the community that provide the exact same services. As long as the current staff is present, I highly suggest you take your business to any other loan company. In addition to the absolutely horrid treatment of an account holder of 10 or more years, the store's record keeping system is severely antiquated, the store itself wasn't clean or inviting, and the initial service leading up to the altercation was exceptionally slow. I immediately reached out to the supervisor after initially being denied their contact information by the store manager. Within a few hours I received a phone call from management's supervisor and then the vice president of the company. They were apologetic for the poor quality of service my mother and I received. They both stated that this is not acceptable treatment and helped to correct the matter.

Outstanding company. I tell anyone, weather you’ve been in a pinch or not, Opelika finance is the way to go. The repayment amount is sooo much cheaper than what I thought It would be. And the times I have gone inside to pay my bill the staff has been very thorough and fast. Try depositing/withdrawing money from your actual bank on lunch. Opelika Finance is cheaper and faster then an ATM.
