Very professional atmosphere. All employees are willing to help however possible. Payment options are extremely flexible and most importantly, one is not continuously bombarded with phone calls about payment reminders. I have had an account with Capstone now for a few years, and I use them to get extra spending money if I want to take a trip or just buy something frivolous. Great staff, friendly service.

Normally services are pretty decent, however, there is one employee that was very aggressive with me which caused me in turn to get just as aggressive. I requested to speak with the manager and asked her to never allow that particular employee to speak with me in reference to my account again as her customer services etiquette is awful. At any rate please visit them as the store manager exhibits great professionalism when it comes to customers. The reason I give this business two stars is for the employee's behavior alone.
