Nakiyia was a very enjoyable person to deal with, She made my visit short and sweet. She explained everything very well, she made sure that I was comfortable with everything. What was even more shocking. She became very relatable and also gave me words of encouragement explaining that we all go through tough times but thankfully there's services like first financial to help out in times of need . 1’st Franklin Troy provides excellent customer service and I am always greeted from a friendly staff. They have gone out of their way for me many time or that’s at least how I feel about it. They always say they are just doing there job. Wonderful people work in the Troy office.

Brooke is an amazing help with anything you need! I will say she definitely goes an extra mile to help anyone she can!

Been trying for at least two weeks to set up my online account. Called them and the representative couldn't even figure out what is wrong. They had no issue charging my card, but they have yet to contact me about the status of my account...which still cant be set up.

I was here getting a loan the women here were very nice and the process was very easy. I would recommend my friends to this place of business. Thank you Brooke and Kimberly for everything.
