Easy Money, Pelham, AL

How can you not cash a check that has been signed with my signature and has no other writings or endorsements on it, in addition to me having a valid drivers license etc. What happen to customer service but of course being of color its expected!

Misty has been working here for five years and has always shown exemplary customer service each time I’ve visited. I hope to work with her every time I see visit due to her keen knowledge, absolute professionalism, efficiency, care for detail, and I always know she will do what is possible to help. Many people have come and gone from this location, but Misty truly puts the customer first. She will take care of her customers and ensure her colleagues does the same.

This location does not care about you being a great customer. I always pays on time, in advance and never late. They will still call your job leaving messages on your company voicemail in the tone, as if you're late or not making payments on time. Then when they schedule the payment date wrong and say that they will make a note of it, not to worry about it, they still will call and harass you as if you late and is not their fault for filling your payment date wrong. The short guy at this location is OK he will try to take care of you but as far as doing business with this location is think not. If I have to go back to Easy Money it will not be this location

The manager at this location is amazing he truly cares about his customers and their well being he helped to inform me about a loan product that helped me and my family tremendously! The whole staff was inviting and friendly. But the manager went above and beyond I would recommend this location to anyone and they will pay you for sending a friend I thought that was so cool!

Very helpful and incredibly friendly staff at the Pelham location. Definitely reccomend if you're in a pinch.

I have used Easy Money several times over the years when I have been in a tight spot. Misty, Maddie and Dawn make you feel welcome as soon as you come in.They go through all of your options so you can make the best decision. I pass two other Easy Money locations to visit this location and it is definitely worth the extra drive.

Misty, Dawn, and Maddie have the best service. They are so friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience with Misty. Go here if you need check cashing servies, title loans, or pay day advances if youre in a crunch.

I have used Easy Money for several years. Misty and Maddie make you feel welcome as soon as you come in. I'm closer to two other Easy Money locations and choose to visit this location and it is definitely worth the extra drive.
