The new woman Jordan is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me understand the loan process. She is also very pleasant. I will start doing more business with this store. This store needs more people like Jordan. Thank you Jordan for all your help!

The entire experience was quick and easy. The representatives are courteous and extremely thorough. They explained each step of the process checking throughout the transaction to make sure I fully understand my agreement. I highly recommend this location!

In my 40 years this may have been the most rude employee I've dealt with anywhere. Understand it's extremely rare for me to make a complaint about anyone as I'm a patient person. By the time I enter and begin small talking I notice the representative is not responding to me. She was also looking at me in a rude way the whole time. She asked me in a quick, demanding, passive aggressive manner for a document that was not only right in front of her but was turned in her direction. I picked it up and said "This is it" or something like that. She then requested "ID and social". As I pulled out my ID she then repeated "social". I was stumbled because the ladies at the other store simply wrote it down on a form. And how did she not know it wasn't on myID? Was she requesting two forms of identification? Again, she did not give me time as she was very demanding and hurrying me (still with 1 hour before closing). she then called another store i mentioned i visited and she complained about me. i believe she made assumptions and thought i was rejected by the other store when they simply requested an additional document. But i stopped at this location because it was 3 miles away instead of 18 miles. Again, she was rude when i first came in, probably because she made assumptions. i stopped everything in the middle of it because she was so rude and i wasnt going to be kicked around and tolerate that.
