I signed on the 20th and I still haven't received the money. I've been assured that the problem will be fixed. They have been kind and supportive through the entire process.

Loan shark be careful with dealing with this company no receipt of payment and a payoff balance will include the interest as if you paying month to month company needs be closed down.

I would give zero stars if possible! The supervisor in this office is rude and unprofessional. Had an incident happen while on the phone with one of his representatives with another 3rd party. Instead of hanging up the supervisor got on the phone and started belittling and cursing my husband. All while my husband was trying to tell him what had just happened and apologize.Then when I contacted the office a few minutes later to speak to the young lady and apologize he gets back on the call and starts being nasty to me. When I told him I would be calling corporate he told me he was corporate there was nothing I could do! Give some ppl a little power they think they can act however they want!
