The ladies, Mrs. Kim and Ms Bria make going to pay a bill a bright spot. Their smiles brighten the store up. The ladies at this store do not look down on you as other stores do. They let me know what options are available if you can’t make it to the store. They also work well with the other customers that I have seen also. These ladies are the best when it comes to helping their customers. The ladies are always friendly and hardworking when it comes to helping their customers. I really like paying my bill

Terrible experience, workers were rude and condescending. I was told I should get another job before I try to apply for a loan in a very snobby manner. Always money will NOT always find a way to help you

Went in to renew my payday loan yesterday 1/12/18. I have to say this time is/was completely different. I got treated with an ATTITUDE BY THE STORE MANAGER (EVE BRADLEY) At the end I told her as I have before the last couple weeks that I DID NOT NEED THE PAPERS GIVEN AT THE END OF THE TRANSACTION. Then shes gonna jump up and say loudly look Michael you say you dont need these every couple of weeks you come in here. Dont get on my bad side (winking her eye as she said it) Your gonna take these papers. You can throw them away outside or something. I did not appreciate the attitude at all and when I pay my payday loan back on 1/26/18. I WILL NOT do business with the Prattville location again. My business will be moved else where

They are the nicest people that I have did business with. They made sure they I was well taking care of and had everything that I needed and if I had enough also. I will come back anytime that I need help again. Thank you Tomika Owens

Google showed that they did check cashing. Upon visiting I was advised they did not offer that service.
