Contacted Prattville office and Mrs. Sandra worked hard to get everything approved quickly! Was able to refinance my truck at a lower percentage rate and do it very quickly!

I just got off the phone with Mike of OneMain Financial in Prattville. I also spoke with Sandy who is possibly the rudest person I have ever dealt with professionally. I was looking into a small signature loan to try and avoid putting an item on my credit card. After Sandy called and started trying to get all kinds of personal information without as much as good afternoon I stopped answering her questions. I asked what the interest rate would be on a $5,000 loan, 31%. Wow! I then asked Sandy please don't pull my credit report because I didn't want the hard check on my report. She said she has never had that request before. Then she passed me off to Mike who again said I would not even know where to start and do something like that. I asked Mike how long he has been in business in Prattville, He said over 90 years. I asked again, "how long have you been OneMain Financial in Prattville," he acted like I was speaking a foreign language. He could not answer this simple question. Then he told me he was Springleaf and had been in business for 21 years. I told Mike, although he and Sandy have been doing this thing they do, it was not OneMain Financial doing it. Mike said it's all the same thing. If you can avoid ole Mike and Sandy for any of your loan needs, I strongly suggest you do!

Tried to get a small loan for a vehicle. I have tried to call back several times but the person I was speaking to was always busy. If you do not want me to get a loan with you please let me know. It is the rudest and most unprofessional thing I have ever dealt with.
