If I could give negative stars I would. This is the rudest business I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I will be paying them off very soon and will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! They think they can call and bully you and that’s going to make a difference. I’ve been going through a lot health wise( 2 major surgeries hospitalized over 8 times) and they don’t care about anyone but themselves! I wouldn’t refer them to anyone. EVER. I can’t wait to be rid of this loan. What’s so sad is everyone in Prattville at all loan offices knows how awful they are you don’t even have to say their name and the companies know!!! Please use anyone else! Service loan is wonderful so is credit central!!
