Came back to edit my review being that my experience today was just horrible Malissa is very rude and pushy. Not knowledgeable of the company guidelines and was willing to lose this company customer because of her attitude in fact she told me she would call me back and was not able to help me that call back never took place. Malissa is new to this prattville location but is not a new representative to the company. She wasted a lot of my time today and really ruined my mood because she was knowledgeable enough to make a simple transaction. I was able to call a different location in Montgomery, Al the Atlanta highway store and was treated with so much respect and was able to get all of my concerns and issues resolved all by making a simple phone call. This is coming from a customer who has never missed or been late on a payment. Prattville location has lost me and will loose more if they keep representatives like Malissa on board with a negative attitude.

Security Finance is a great place to get money from. The monthly payment are reasonable to pay back.They are so friendly and nice so if you need extra funds don’t be afraid to go there.
