Rude!!! From reading other reviews after my experience I think all these locations operate the same. They literally call you 3 times a day and at this branch, the manager, Kelly, will call you and send you text messages from a cell phone acting like a regular person trying to call you. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know so she will proceed to leave you a voicemail threatening to file a lawsuit against you if you don't return her calls by the end of the business day. We will never use them again and I would never recommend this location or any other location of 1st Heritage to anyone, stranger or friend. Avoid them at all cost.

This place is the worst please do not take your business there ever. The interest rates are very high and the staff are very rude. One of the managers Kelly is a harasser and I have never dealt with such. They call from personal cell phones and text all time of night acting like they know you personally. They come to your house on the weekends and if you are not there they will go to your neighbors to look for you.

I haven't had any problems with them. They are friendly and I will continue to do business with them
