Do not get a loan from this lazy and uncaring institution. They will only bother you with late payment calls. Their online auto-payments system DOES NOT WORK and THEY WILL NOT ACTUALLY HELP YOU set up auto-payments unless you live near a branch and are able to physically go in. They"ll just wait till the payment is late hit your credit and give you no help over the phone. The people in this individual bank may be fine, but do not get any kind of loan from them.

These people are rude and liars. I called ahead of time and was told I could cash any Azalia city credit union check with them. I drive out of my way only to be told No when i got there. Had to drive all the way to BFE to find an ACCU. Do not bank with these people. They are clueless.

The branch is great, but the customer service (1800 number) is terrible.. unprofessional and will not help you at all. On the other hand, the branch makes up for there rudeness.
