Overall experience is great staff is excellent , however corporate needs to change some policies concerning credit checks for payday loans. They hit me for 3 individual hard credit checks last year alone and already hit me up for one again a few weeks ago. Kinda hard to keep doing business with a business that makes your credit score go down . Needs to change immediately. It's completely absurd to have to post publicly to get something done . I know the staff has sent their concerns to corporate to no avail. People work hard to keep their credit scores intact not have it abused 3 times in one year. Not good business practice at all.

Went in today to pay my bill. I laid $600.00 on the counter only to be told there were a couple ahead of me. 30 minutes later I was still waiting. The person who worked there was black as was the customers. It felt like she purposely was causing me to wait extra time. I felt like I was being punished because I'm white. I WONT BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love going into the one in Saraland because of Gwen, who works there. She is always very kind, sweet and professional and So sweet to talk to.

Krystal was friendly and very helpful!!! She answered any and all questions I had and made sure that I had a good understanding about the different products they offered before I left.

I was really unsure about the loan process but when I arrived at the store Krystal made it very easy for me to understand.....I really appreciate her courtesy...she made me feel at ease about the whole process.... thanks for the help Krystal

Would never visit another loan place! The girls at this location are AMAZING!! They always have a smile on their face and always will to help no matter the need!

I paid off my title loan on April 29,2023. It is now May 26,2023 and I still have not received my title. They will call every number they have for you if you’re late but can’t do the same to let you know what’s going on after you’ve paid it off.
