These people lie all the time. You are pre-approved, then approved ,but then cannot move forward. Even after you explain that 2020 taxes are not going to be accurate!

Wouldn't even give one star. Been paying on my loan for months and its only gone down maybe $50! Apparently I'll be paying this when I'm dead as well. High interest rate. Wouldn't ever recommend to anyone unless you want to get screwed out of your money

Ran my credit and created an inquiry for no reason. They use a flawed software which gives an inaccurate picture of debt to income. They use the word “approved” before you have literally been approved which is highly misleading and false advertising. I will be reporting this to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
