Cabot Pawn Shop, Cabot, AR

Needed to borrow some $$ for less than 24 hrs with a 700$ watch called first the lady says ya sure waste my gas to get there for her to say we don't deal with watches.... Worst customer service ever...

I'd like to say that this pawn shop is under new ownership! If you look at the negative reviews they are older ones before the new owner took over!!

Great place! After reading the reviews I visited & bought a few things. I feel the reviews are way off. I fist walked in and was able to look around without being bothered but any question they answered right away. I was impressed by their tools, guitars, and guns... I'll be going back for sure... I expect low prices at a pawn shop therefore their not going to buy things at a price that can't be resold at a pawn shop.... if you're going to write a review at least be fair about it....

Staff is friendly I just never bought anything there.

Horrible. The man I spoke with was very short with me a s well as rude. I will never use this place again! I'd rather make the drive to Jacksonville pawn shop than go here and it's LITERALLY only a quarter mile from our house. I understand that the customers have to come to you in this line of work but customer service goes a LONG WAY in my book. Whether you like it or not the only reason you are still in business is BECAUSE of your customers, so a just a little kindness or just a little please and thank you can be the difference between a good and bad experience. I've worked in customer service for approximately 11years and more people will tell other NOT to come to you over a bad experience than any good one.

We've done business here for yrs. With the previous owners and the current owners. They've always been good to us. They are fair and reasonable, willing to work with you. But, they don't play games, this is a business and they treat it like one. That's why they're still around!
