The AFCU branch on Dave Ward is the best! This branch is the only reason why I am still using this bank! In the past, I have had a few issues with the other branch in town, but the people at this location are extremely nice and take the time to understand your issue and work diligently to resolve the problem. Over the years, I have had accounts with other banks. However, I have never seen a bank that cares about their customers the way this one does!

The staff was quite friendly and the building was super clean inside. My biggest complaint is that I wasn’t informed that they didn’t have a way take card payments inside, this wasn’t mentioned online or over the phone.
