Courtney and the team at Conway on Washington Ave do a great job of taking care of us! They are always friendly and take care of us quickly!

Love this bank the staff is wonderful! It will be even better when they get the banking app more updated but other than that I love everything about this bank!

I’ve dealt with many banks over the years and while I will forever love Bank of Texas, I now reside in Arkansas and First Service has made me feel the same as my Texas Bank. Cassie Hurst has been amazing and the rest of the staff so helpful and courteous. I highly recommend First Service if you want personal service and to be treated very well. The service and attention that I received at the Conway branch was excellent! I went to the bank to inquire about an account that we had not used for quite a while. It had been a number of years since I had visited the bank and I did not recognize any of the people behind the desks/counters. I expected to be treated like a stranger; or that I would have to jump through hoops because I did not have my account number with me and my face was not familiar. Well, that was not the case at all! I was promptly greeted by a pleasant young lady named Mikaela who proceeded to treat me like an old friend! She asked me how she could assist me. I told her that I wanted to have emergency funds wired to my account & I wanted to make sure that the funds would be received without incident. Mikaela explained that my account was domain due to a long period of no activity (& a very low balance.). She didn't ask me a 1000 questions; she merely verified my identity & reactiviated my account with a $1 deposit. A few days later the funds were transferred without incident & available for access 24hrs later. In retrosoect, I don't know why I thought I would receive anything but excellent service from this branch. Although, it had been a few years since I used the account, I recall that my experiences in the past with this branch were always excellent. Thank you Mikaela and thank you too Adam for making banking at First Service an easy and pleasant exoerence!

I had a lot of questions when I went into the Greenbrier branch today, and Lexy was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about all the products. She even suggested another product for my son, who needs to build credit since he just turned 18. I always love going to First Service because everyone is so kind. Lexy went above and beyond today. She made everything so easy. This bank is top notch, and so are their employees. I feel like they really care about each person who walks in and drives through. It is a special bank with a kind heart. Thanks, Lexy!!

Update: First Service has new digital banking options available now and I have updated my review to 5 stars to reflect this change. Thank you First Service Bank for listening to your customers Terrific bank but they do need more digital banking options such as external transfers and mobile check deposits. Great customer service and hours. Fees aren't bad as long as you are responsible and do not overdraw your account.
