Ryan and Catherine were awesome to say the very least. They were both friendly, personable, VERY QUICK to respond to any questions we had, and best of all, they were honest and upfront with us about the possible hiccups we would encounter. My significant other and I had a couple of hoops to jump through, and Ryan told us there was a good chance we wouldn’t be able to qualify for the mortgage, but that he would be happy to run the numbers and see what our options were along with an outline of other routes we could take when buying a home. He worked with us and actually found a way to make buying the home we wanted, possible. Would highly recommend these two to help anyone looking to buy a home.
