First National Bank, Fayetteville, AR

I bank with another institution and tried to use this branch's ATM to get some cash. Their machine ate my card without ever giving me the opportunity to enter my PIN, and they initially basically told me there was nothing they could do. I wasn't okay with them just keeping my debit card, so I pushed back and insisted that I get it back. I showed 3 forms of ID and then had to spend time on the phone with my financial institution to give them "permission" to return my card to it's rightful owner for an error their equipment caused. It was a profligate waste of my time.
