TIAA sent a form looking letter that seems like all the "junk" mail I get that the SEC requires and ignored it. A week later I get an email about a major security breech and how the letter describes the free identity theft monitoring, call this number. No answer, no call back. Asked to have it sent via email and the send of the email said she's not got a copy of the letter and on and on just ridiculous. What's the matter with them? Anybody could figure out how to just email the info vs. referring the reader of the email to a letter that WAS already sent. Double ridiculous!
