Arvest Bank, Flippin, AR

This is a crooked bank , hold back on purchases so they can overdraft fee you to death, when I have called and asked if they can help with the overdraft they never help and are rude sorry I went with this bank.. think maybe Anstaff will be better

I hate this bank. We just moved to Arkansas and moved all our money to Arvest. Yesterday I called customer service and asked that all our statements get emailed the woman on the phone said she could help me I’d have to do it myself? Really? After I started to explain we didn’t have Internet yet she hung up on me. Every deposit we make they hold all funds for 5 days with exception of $200. They don’t post deposits or debits right away. People are rude. We are expecting a wire from the sale of our home and I’m sure they will hold those funds. This bank is a joke

in bank service great.... but try calling and automated prompts are crazy and wait time is horrible..... let a real person answer the phone, you aren't that busy.
