Farmers and Merchants Bank, Flippin, AR

We just moved to the peel, ar area & went to farmers in flippin to set up an new account appointment. Never have i been treated so poorly! Firstly, the sign on the door says call in for an appointment, so we do. We tell the person who answered (doesn't give a name) & tell her we're new to town & want to set up a new account. She says to go thru the commercial line to get the paperwork & we do. The gal at the window is nice enough & give us a shett of paper with some questions on it to fill out. We took it with us so as notnto hold up the line. Just called Flippen back today to set up an actual appointment & was denied. The gal who answered said yes, they make appointmemts but for certain people only! Guess being a new client doesn't make me the right customer for this branch or bank!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BANK. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!
