I love going into First Service Bank at Flippin. They are always so helpful and kind. Even on the worst of days. Amy is a true gem. She is knowledgeable, easy to work with, prompt, efficient and kind. They make banking in these crazy times simple and stress free. I miss seeing their smiling faces but it is a great comfort to know they are working with us behind closed doors. Can’t wait to see them again. ❤️

The people at the Flippin site of First Service Bank have been wonderful with everyday matters. In addition they helped me struggle through many estate settling issues, where I went to them for help and advice to work through all the details of settling my mother's estate affairs back in 2016. They always smile and greet me with warmest reception. They deserve a 5 star review.

I have bank with First Service Bank for about 15 yrs now. I have to say I love the staff . Each one of them go beyond their way to help you. It's nice to know I'm a people not a number. I walk in they know me by name and treat me like family. I'm not happy about the fact they did away with the drive thur.I enjoy the personal touch. But guess you cant fight progress.
