Tellers were very helpful and friendly. Customer service to set up an account was quick and easy. My account and debit card was active before I left the building. Great service and friendly people.

Our grandson made a deposit to his "student" account. Ran in - made the deposit - then went home. Fast + Friendly service as always.

Very unorganized. Gave them the check for roof repairs on our home until we found the roofer and time to do it, also provided insurance adjustment list of repairs need. The made copy of everything which is required. Few weeks later found roofer went buy so they could make the check out to roofing company and provided the estimate and contract with roofing company. Well that's not enough I had to provide them with a actual invoice for repairs. How is that possible if they have done the work yet, and have to purchase materials? Had roofer send invoice took it up there for check. Now they lost all the paper from insurance company that they made copies of and I gave our copy to roofer. Now I've been running around for a week trying to get this done and it is ridiculous. I've been on hold for 30min on the phone trying to tell them it has been emailed there and nothing this place is a joke I guess they are keeping the money I give up no new roof.

These people were so nice and they really take care of their people. Getting my loan was a wonderful experience. They treat you well. I just love them.

AFCU has been my bank for a year now. I've always been treated with respect and importance. I appreciate that. AFCU will be my bank for many coming years. Thanks AFCU!

If I could give a negative star I def would. I’ve had different banks before and they have NEVER touched my money without my permission. This bank deposited our check when we asked, two months later our money is all types of messed up because the teller deposited it multiple times without our permission. They also let people deposit and take out money and don’t even care to know who you are or what for. So be careful choosing this bank.

The fact your member at a credit union and can’t get a loan with a bank because of your income is just crazy. Income is over 4,000 a month and they stated I wouldn’t get approved because of my income. Ask a lady to look into it for me and she stated she would resubmit for a second look and call me back and nothing
