My parents were members at Diamond Lakes For 45-50 Years. My father passed away 2020 thanksgiving day. My mother was still using Diamond Lakes even though other banks were closer to her because she said that’s where they always banked. Fourteen months later Diamond Lakes Stopped her account WITHOUT NOTIFYING her and rejected the retirement checks they had been getting for years. NO NOTICE NO PHONE CALL NOTHING. Very unprofessional. Would never use this place again

I usually don't get the pleasure of visiting with the find folks down at Diamond Lakes Federal Credit Union because we're both in wheelchairs and have no car but the nice and kind ladies at all of the Central Arkansas branches have been wonderful to us, Even when we COULDN'T pay a loan payment or just to afford us a loan in the first place. They don't talk down to us like we're in grade school. Yes sure, we're aging but no one wants to be reminded of it when you're just making a banking inquiry! Whomever does the hiring there, needs a raise themselves!!!

I went to Diamond Lakes Federal Credit Union today on Central Av. I just wanted to say I had a very good experience there. Thank You Lori, Nicole, and Alyssa and the rest of the gang. Yall are the BEST.

Lacey the manager was VERY rude and completely unprofessional with me. I asked politely for some help pertaining my account and she was the most unhelpful employee I’ve encountered there. When I told her I’ll just cancel my account she said okay that’s fine! I’ve been with them for 10 years and for the past 2 years it was gone completely down hill to where I wouldn’t even go inside anymore. Don’t recommend it. Arvest seems like they actually care.

This is also a Shared Branch with a CO-OP ATM connected with many other Credit Unions. There is a CO-OP ATM at the Murphy USA at the Albert Pike Walmart connected to DLFCU.
