Shop at your own risk. Bad credit or not, if you want to be tricked into paying $40K for a $12K vehicle, you’ve found the right place. Very unprofessional, in business to take advantage of people. If your payment is late, your vehicle will be deactivated regardless of any circumstances. You could be on a ventilator with COVID, but rest assured, if that payment isn’t there, your vehicle will be deactivated. The worst part… they don’t care. I’ve never experienced such a level of unpleasant, unprofessional, callous, indifferent service in all my life. My daughter made a huge mistake dealing with this company, and she’s STILL suffering with COVID so I get to pay her payment and deal with these people. Don’t make the same mistake that she did. I’ve tried to reach the higher ups to advise them of how this staff/company is making them look bad, but they said “this is a corporation and that information is not shared; we are not allowed to divulge the names of any one that does not work at this office; we have no relief or extensions for people impacted by the pandemic; your vehicle will be deactivated if payment is not received in 24 hours”. This is by far the worst company that I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with. My daughter didn’t understand the importance of researching a company BEFORE you do business with them. She didn’t even check the reviews. But I bet that she understands now. Their overall satisfaction score is 1. I give them a Negative 4 out of 10.

Very disrespectful and don't give u time to pay. Got a used car from them for 24,000 with 99,000 miles on it. With only 6 months of warranty. Got the car almost paid off. Right at 9800. They turned my car off multiple times which I think is illegal in the state of Arkansas. And want to know wat u do with ur money when u don't have enough to pay at the time. Big time cons if u ask me.

NO stars payment center is very rude and non helpful will be last and final car with them. Would think after 3 full purchases they would be kinder TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT

By far one of the worst company’s to do business with. They are rude and disrespectful and they don’t care about nothing but a payment. They will charge you to fix what’s suppose to be included in your warranty. I can’t wait to be done paying for this car so I won’t have to deal with this company ever again ! They are the worst by far! I would give a negative 5 stars if I could!

I wouldn't give this company a star I'm so glad my truck is almost paid for and I'm refinancing soon Kim and Crystal in the payment center are so rude please find a reputable auto financing company don't go here save yourself the headache!! Im never late I use to have my note on auto pay until they screwed that up processing way more money than intended Jusr flee and don't go here

Never get a loan from this company. Worst ever! They love to take your money and have outrageous fees. They are very unprofessional and very rude towards customers. I had one guy, I do believe his name was Travis, literally tell me to be quiet that it was his turn to talk. I am sorry, I am the customer. They honestly do not care about you all they care about is getting their money. You could have just gotten unemployed, lost both legs, became blind, and they would tell you they need their money in 24 hours or they will repo your car. They truly do not care about their customers
