these people are pretty straight forward look here people its a factoring company they will work with you all day long but don't expect anything to happen on it's own

After factoring my Pilot Car invoices with them I called and told them I no longer had the business going and was going into the trucking business instead. Well now in order for me to be able to be released from my UCC I have to give them 90 days written notice and wait until 02/23/2019 (we are 06/11/2018) to be able to factor my trucking invoices or pay $1000 and hopefully get an early termination after 90 days. This supposedly to keep my business. They can only waive all of this if I continue to factor my trucking business with them. I'm hard pressed for money as it is now I have to pay them to be able to run my trucking business. I would not recommend them to anyone anymore and I will continue to tell anyone about these underhanded dealings. Who in their right mind would continue to factor with them after such a suggestion. While I understand we all want to make money this is not the way to keep customers happy. Now I have to lease on to someone else in order to keep afloat because of this. If they truly cared about keeping customers they wouldn't force someone to pay $1000 to cancel.

I would not recommend this company at all. My husband had looked into factoring for our business beccause it took to long for some people to pay us. We decided not to do so because our banker told us not to. Come to find out they put a lien on my business even though I did no work for these people sent them nothing besides to see if we could be maybe approved for it . When calling Jenny at 3:03 pm she told me she didn't have time to look into it and she would look into it tomorrow even though they dont close until 4pm. These people were sure on it to get our business and sure on it to file a lein but now it's on her time . Not impressed.

They are OK...Too are outdated compare to new technologies. U have rely on the inefficient work process of individual account managers. For example sending can on be done by fax or email. They don't have no app, no website, no way can see ur account history or detailed transactions. Inefficient and rude workers

If I could I would put 000 these ppl only have one person in office to be able to do anything and no call back or anything had company for a couple years and used 5 times trying to charge me 1000 dollars to get out of contract 10 days early cause I didn't tell them 90 days in advanced called for a week to pay it anyway to get away from them and still noone can do nothing all games wouldn't even try this company many of ppl are leaving

I was needing a factory company and someone recommended me this one . What a mistake, i already gave them 90 days notice and still been held by them , no wayI recommend this company to no one , they won't answer emails regarding cancelation, will try to charge ridiculous fees , KEEP AWAY
