My dad has had direct deposit there for over 20 years. We've gotten several loans that all have been paid. Today we got denied a $300 because dad has a zero credit rating and one bad debt. We needed car repairs as we drive to Little Rock VA several times a month. My dad is a Vietnam Veteran. They would get the money before we even see it because it would come straight out of the account. Yet somehow that was not good enough. It was $300 not to mention they are closed Saturday.. Very disappointed. Weren't very nice, kind of snappy and rude, we weren't treated very well.The CEO made the final decision to deny the $300 loan. We only would have got $220 because I believe they take the interest out of the money they loan you. Anyway, it's okay, God always provides. The tellers are fantastic.

Great credit union. It has a real down home friendly atmosphere. With great people to help you out with what ever you need.

I have been a customer for 13 years and they still put holds on my checks. Why would anyone put holds on checks that are mobile deposited when they can go and deposit them the same day. They try to always put holds on everything. Even if you want large sums of cash. They are not customer friendly at all.I recommend banking else where.

This credit union use to be really great! My family has been with them since they open in Malvern! But In the past year they have went down hill fast here is a list of examples that they have caused us! over 5 Transfer was messed up from me trying to transfer money in to my mothers or pops account and them trying to do the same for me. the past 3 times i went to a shared bank which was western federal credit union diamond lakes system was down. If you try to cash a check at a shared location their is a 5 day hold on the check no matter how small it is! So if you are looking for a bank that knows what they are doing go somewhere else! Trust me on this

Worst bank ever!!!! Had a car loan and they would mysteriously just add to my loan amount without my knowledge. Each time over $1000. So after paying a $513 note for 2.5 yrs the balance is still the same. Hmmmm wonder who's pocket all my money went in. Had to trade my vehicle just to get away from them.

I changed addresses and they had no problem sending my bill to the correct address but when I needed my title they sent it to the wrong address and I have not seen it! Now they want me to do all the leg work of tracking it down. Very unprofessional, I wouldn’t use them ever again nor would I recommend them. They don’t mind taking the money but once you are done with them they could care less!
