This bank is lazy. Their customers are their last priority and only care about $$. I will be switching as soon as possible because I’m tired of being charged $30 every time I turn around. No fraud insurance, no overdraft protection. There’s literally no reason to open an account! Go to Bank OZK.

Had an account with them for over 17 years and cancelled it today because I got stranded when they cancelled my card without just cause. Very limited branch locations and when I complained to the Arkadelphia office they made it seem like I was the problem and not the victim.

This is a very lousy bank to deal with there is no 24 hour service to help you so if you out of town in its late better hope you don't have a problem with your card because there is no one to help only a second party number to call n report card lost r stolen I've never had a best card to were I can't even call in get my balance they really suck
