Been with Centennial for over 17 years, they are great, have never had an issue or bad experience. Great personal service and always go out of their way to help me and my family in all our banking needs.

I switched from First Security Bank to Centennial in Cabot and had a wonderful experience. When I moved to Morrilton I began using this Centennial Bank and it has been nothing but a disappointment for the last year. Often they are so slow or so understaffed that there are literally lines of cars all the way out to the road waiting to be served. I've come here to use the ATM a few times and its been out of order leaving me with the choice of paying a $3.50 fee to take out MY money from another ATM or drive to Conway to use the ATM from another Centennial. They were also closed for over a week with no explanation and no forewarning and I was unable to use my bank without driving all the way to Conway. I had some issues with my card and had asked to turn off certain features. I was told by customer service that in order to make sure the features were turned off I needed to sign a paper but when I came up here in person the teller had no idea what I was talking about and just said she would "turn it off". A day later something went through and I had to call again and you guessed it, drive to Conway to get someone else to do it that knew what to do. Honestly, I'm considering switching banks just because this one, the one closest to me, is so terrible.

If you want great customer service, DO NOT GO HERE! They’re rude, give you mean looks, and don’t know how to say please and thank you. I have moved my account & will never go back to this bank. I don’t understand why the workers here think there better than you or me but they do. They act like your beneath them and that you are wasting their time. If you wish to be treated with respect and kindness, I suggest you never go to this bank.

Love the first name customer service! Feel very secure having my money in this bank. Friendly staff, great service, and smooth transactions. My husband and I applied for land loan, was approved in minutes. We moved all our business to Centennial in Morrilton because of Ashley and her staff.

My mother passed away on June 15th I inheareated a hour that had a 74, 000 dollar loan which she got for my sister I now I have a 410 credit score and should not have been able to do-sign . the loan was for my sister wich she paid until my mother passed and then stopped payment now my home is in foreclosure because I refuse to pay off something I never got . centinial bank is crooked and had the run my credit score they would c I'm not in a position to co-sign or even get it refinanced . this bank is not for the people there out to screw people like myself .
