Overall this bank is okay. The staff is very friendly but thats about it. The mobile app is absolute trash, it constantly has problems. If your debit card expires and they forget to "automatically" send it to you, you will have to wait two weeks for the new card. Its 2022 it should not take two weeks to get a card. If they would update their tech and make getting a debit card easier it would greatly improve their rating.
