Farmers and Merchants Bank, Morrilton, AR

Someone tried to hack my debit card and the representative told me to come and get my card replaced only to have me drive 40 miles, the lobby is closed and the people in the lobby were talking to me on the phone but would not open the door to assist. I am very disappointed because I have banked with this company since high school and never had issues before, but this definitely takes the cake.

Always helpful, always ready with a smile and a greating. Just a great experience every time I go into the bank. Been using this bank for over two years with no problems.

If you have ibs and restroom full ask use shower wish this be a corporate policy to have let drive use shower rest room when store busses with none truck drivers
