Bank OZK, Mountain Home, AR

All the tellers were rude except for one. And was talked down to going through the drive through backwards as I was the passenger at the time, and there were no other customers at the bank drive thought at that time. When they would not let me come in to the lobby with my mask. Last time I went there I withdrew 250 dollars out of my account and it took almost 30 min to complete the transaction. And that was because the tellers were talking instead of doing their jobs! Poor poor customer service. Sad to call my bank will be looking to bank elsewhere asap! Would not recommend!!!
