We had a bad experience with them, but finally got the title transferred. After a month of providing the paperwork. I had heard nothing from Lenders I visited their office. The receptionist told me the date of the closing, but could give no more information. I called back three times, asked for information, asked to speak to the closer. She was always in a closing. I made one more trip to their office and never got a response. Finally the day before the closing we got a call providing the time. The buyers had the same experience.
When we arrived at closing the owner explained that she had lost a closer and that left her slammed.
How hard would it have been to get a receptionist to provide us with basic information, or for the closer to make a quick call, email or text?
Never again.

This office is too understaffed, small, and not accommodating. For six weeks we had a closing date. They confirmed it 5 days in advance. They had everything they needed to close 48hrs in advance. When I called to confirm they said, “Sorry we’re all booked for that closing date. You’ll have to reschedule the closing.” They wouldn’t even attempt to squeeze us in to close. There are much better and more honorable title companies in Mountain Home, AR. Hannah is who we were trying to deal with at the Mountain Home office.

Always a positive experience dealing with Lenders Title. Very professional, willing to work with us and happy to answer any questions we have had along the way every time we acquire another property.
