I have been a member since it’s opening in Mountain Home. They always have the highest quality people working for them. BCU is a great place to do my banking.

My work is part of the BCU network, claims to be member owned. They are hands down the most incompetent bank I have ever used. Total chaos, people working from home, kids yelling in the background, wind blowing from being outside, different answers everytime I have to call. I get anxiety each time I need to contact them. I am really struggling to imagine how they can be so terrible. They messed up my house payment twice and gave me all sorts of bad info before finally reaching someone who knew how to fix their error. Beware.

They do not serve the community, they only serve baxter employees and their families. Heads up if you want a credit union in Mountain Home, you're otta luck.
