Change your website. Says your drive thru is open on Sunday from 8:30 to noon. I went, rang the call button and no one is in that bank. Frustrating when you plan around that in the morning.

Friendliest people you could ever meet

Extremely disappointed in our experience with focus bank. My wife and I have used for a while now with no problems until today. Apparently customer service is not a priority with their employees. The teller refused to take my wife's deposit because she hasn't changed her name on her drivers license yet since our wedding. She was also Extremely rude. So much so that after we talked about it we decided we will no longer do ANY business with FOCUS. We closed out our accounts that don't have transactions pending and intend to close the rest of them as soon as possible. If you want to be treated with respect and professionalism. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE

Yea I get hit with overdraft like every other week but that is my responsibility. Do I think it should be that high for digital transactions, NO, but on other points, these People were always nice to my Dad in his failing years and treated him with much respect and as for my self , well my first loan was buying my Daughter's first car in 2004 when I had no credit and since I have bought 3 more cars financed through them and because of that my Credit is almost 800, so yea they deserve 5 Stars!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lots of people are struggling right now and most people use overdraft to cover bills and groceries, my friend always paid off his overdraft with fees in a reasonable amount of time, last time it was less than 2 weeks. And for staying faithful to them they removed his overdraft so he can no longer pay bills or get groceries for his family. This is how this business treats hardworking people that are struggling. .take your business elsewhere first national doesn't treat people this way.
