Unico Bank, Paragould, AR

Ashley is very rude, cuts you off while trying to speak, definitely will be looking to avoid that branch and try to find a different bank altogether. Told me she could not help me even though transactions were not authorized. Bad customer service with her. She was very rude , I can't believe a branch would have her as the manager, I was told she would help me and she did not, she made the situation worse. She likes to make people feel less than, I hope she doesn't treat her coworkers like she does the customers. I don't know which is worse.

It's the best bank that my wife says that we ever had. And she 66.So older people are right. Thanks Unico Bank.Your the best in town of Paragould ar.
