Our mortgage process was definitely longer than expected but Melinda came through for us! She and Brandon put their whole hearts into getting us our home! Even though I’m sure I gave Brandon plenty of reason not to pick up the phone with my worrying he was always there by phone and email. Bank of England went above and beyond when I decided to refinance my home. My experience was incredibly easy and a straightforward process when I purchased my house and the same when I recently decided to refinance. Melinda Brown was on top of the whole process. Melinda is always there for us. We have done business with her a number of times and she always knows what to do and say to help us.
