After several calls, during each of which I was on the line for 3-5 minutes, listening to how important customers are and being promised that a 'personal banker' would be with me shortly, I have given up trying to get anyone to answer a phone call. If I have to physically go to a bank every time I need to get something done, I may as well try another bank.

They never answer the phones!! I stay on hold for 30+ minutes every time I call. I have been trying to call for 3 days!!!!!!

Centennial is the best dang bank in all of Arkansas. They really do care about you and your needs. Brian Edelmann has proved this to me many times over. Thanks Brian

Teller took too long to come assist me at the window so I then left. I proceeded to use the ATM instead to make my deposit but the machine was out of envelopes. I was forced to leave this branch and drive across town; all for a simple check deposit. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

If there was an option to review without leaving a star, thatd be great.. anyways, I would not recommend using centennial bank. My fiancé was a victim in a recent scam. The bank isn’t trying to listen. They were being very rude, including the bank manager. My fiancé is a victim, and the bank is wanting to put the blame on her so they can get their money back quicker. So, if you don’t want to be in this type of situation, better not get centennial.

My bank account was hacked, now they’re making me pay 4500. And did not give me an option to make payments , except for a year @ an UNREASONABLE rate of 368$. I WAS HACKED!!!! They are so rude, and not helpful.
