Centennial Bank, Searcy, AR

We have banking at this location for years. We closed our account due to "complications" and poor service. Now they have "New" policy and refuse to make change for a $100. even though they have known us for years. Stay away & close your accounts, they don't care about you and act like they don't need your support. Wish I could give Negative Stars, as they would be a negative -10

I would strongly suggest that if you have any Republican views to stay away from this bank. I have an account in Searcy ar I was paid on a Friday and my "loving" wife went up there several times to the same branch and the same teller draining the account and even opened a checking account in her name for the money. In fact even telling her to take the money she couldn't get in trouble. Wow....only got one star bc that's as low as I can go

I have used this bank for 5 years now and it has been a really good bank. Have never had any problems.

I love this bank.

Incompetent staff. Asked for incoming wire instructions, they told me and the customer to go to a different branch. They didn’t even pick up the phone to get the instructions. Please train these folks properly and hire folks who are not lazy.
