Snow on the ground. Sitting in the drive thru. Dude tells me tellers won't be in for an hour. I need to deposit check so I can get gas. Manager comes down and takes care of me. This is why I bank local. Thanks guys!!!!

After over a decade of banking with Legacy, because of a misunderstanding, they've essentially kept my small business hostage. As a professional with a small business, I'm in their key target demographic that they cater towards. But since they lost their key loan officer, who was a fellow minority (Hispanic) they have continually gone downhill. Upper management continues to be part of the good ol' boys club with a façade to appear that they aren't racially motivated. There's too many other banks, and this is one I would avoid.

More than disappointed by the abrupt, rude treatment by a manager. I am military and don’t have an account in-state, had cash and was looking for a cashier’s check to put down on a home. Because I was a “non-customer” I was told they couldn’t help me, and rudely.
