Customer care is great for this location. Always accommodating and friendly! They're small so understandably, some transactions require different process such as wiring big amounts. Overall, I enjoy doing business with people who knows how to smile and not rush you.

Where do I start! Very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy and for that I commend them. In a time of uncertainty they are stedfast and true. The staff goes above and beyond. I was actually taken back by how well the staff took care of us. It should not go with out saying they are the best of the best. Hands down. Thank you United Bank and staff!!!

I’ve been very blessed by how Yarely, the manager, knows me by my name and remembers me every time I go there to do banking stuff. She and her team at this local United Bank makes an effort to build up a relationship with each person in the community. This has been an amazing experience!

The UB Emma Branch is the best bank I have ever worked with! My business account is there & we are not a huge corporation by any means but they treat us with so much respect and kindness! They even made me a vegan burger at their cookout bc they knew I was vegan! They are like family, the good kind! 😉 …
