Relyance Bank, White Hall, AR

Well normally I have a pleasant experience but I went there today 5/17/22 at 5pm and got the rudest treatment I have ever gotten at my home bank. I don’t know her name but she was a younger white girl with glasses.when I got in the line all I needed was a check to make a withdrawal and a account balance and she made rude facial expressions and didn’t even let me finish my request before she clicked the screen over, so I pressed it again and then got a chance to ask her for my balance. That’s when she really acted like I was making her go out of her way for some simple customer service. That is freeking ridiculous. I have banked here for over 20 years and never had anyone act so rude towards me as long as I been banking here. I could expect something like this from around pine bluff, but this is Whitehall not the hood. That’s ok because from this day forth I will be looking for a different bank. Some one needs to address this young lady with her attitude before she runs someone else off. Sincerely James Lawrence

It’s a bank. Better than some I’ve dealt with, and not as good as others. I have 2 accounts with Relyance and they’ve been good to me so far. I don’t foresee changing any time soon for lack of service. I do wish their local branch phone numbers were more readily available.

I live this bank. Everyone is always friendly and my banking service is great.

Relyance Bank has the very best service. Everyone is so nice and friendly! I have always received the best customer service from the tellers to the loan department and everyone in between. I highly recommend this bank.
