This new building for Relyance Bank is outstanding, it shows that they care about their staff, customers, and history.
Everyone I met was kind, courteous, and genuinely happy to be working there. They take their customers serious and want to help. The building is comprised of history, whether the accent wall in the lobby or the tables built from early board members personal trees. They want this to feel like home.

I’ve bank with reliance for 5 years. My daughters car broke down there and I asked if it could stay until Monday. The manger said yes. So long story short it $400 to get it out of tow. I felt the employee to lied and call the tow anyway just wanted to give business to Fosters. So Viki called me and said they didn’t want me to be upset. I told her there’s nothing you can do I gave the title to the tow company. Viki had the car towed to our house the next day free of charge! They fixed everything! What a blessing! Thanks Relyance and Viki!

Had $18 and some change in my account used what I had for gas and as soon as my account hit $0 they closed it even though I had a deposit coming for the amount of $350+ the next day. Was told after I called that everything even my card would be available to use the next day (Thursday) at the latest and when it wasn't I found out I had another card waiting for me at this branch and was told when I ask about it that all I needed to do was do a balance inquiry at an ATM and it would work I did at 2 different ones and called after the second one and was accused of not calling in to get it turned back on and then was told that I wouldn't be able to use it till the next day(Friday) and I specifically ask if I needed to take it back to ATM the next day and was told not if I've already tried. Friday rolls around and card still isn't usable and since my phone was turned off due to non payment due to this, I had to see what's going on thru Facebook and then was told that they weren't negligent since I "apparently" didn't do a balance inquiry thru an ATM after I tried to explain that I did the day before when I had a way and that I couldn't afford to give someone gas money to go and with my feet I couldn't walk all the way (4 miles to nearest ATM and 8 to nearest branch).
