Teller was swamped due to senior day at Fry's but she handled it like a true customer service lady. Very helpful and friendly.

Desert Financial Credit Union is a terrific place. Friendly and helpful employees are ever ready to serve with a smile. I have not had an unpleasant encounter ever! The tellers are cheerful, and the banking staff is informative. Ms. Sheila Smith, the branch manager at the Fry's location is quite a genial professional. She has always greeted me by name regardless of the time of day or pace of business.The location of her branch is a great convenience to me! The ladies there are always helpful and solicitous. I have interacted for account purposes with several young people there including McKenzie and Ashley Symons. All were courteous to a fault in every transaction. Ashley appears to be truly dedicated and enthusiastic about her work there. It's nice to have such a place so conveniently placed.

First of all I love having a bank in the grocery store because I'm always there it seems like. And also anytime I've used it they are always friendly. but, this last time was for an international wire transfer and Robbie couldn't have been kinder. I didn't have all the information so we were kind of doing a back and forth thing, but he was very patient and very personable and I appreciate that!!

This Bank was so helpful and courteous and happy. Seems strange to say that about a bank but it's true. From the manager all the way down they were exceptional and helping me as much as they could!! I've never walked away from a bank feeling empowered and helped. I can't say enough nice things about this Bank I wish I'd have found them years ago. If you're looking for a bank I would recommend this one. They need a gold star in my book each and every person.
