Nice customer service....but I had about a 7 min wait. The girl helped me with what I needed, plus she helped me with an extra item. Really do like this bank. They always are very nice and polite. Great service...

Best rates on car loans. And you never have to wait in line in the branch, they always have plenty of people to help you. They also have a free change counting machine.

This branch of Mountain America Credit Union in Apache Junction is a very inviting and modern. The person who helped me with my account was very helpful.

I have been in the Apache Junction office twice this week. Both times employ have been very outgoing and pleasant. Greeting folks when they come by thru door. Today I dealt with Aaron and he took care of my deposit and was very friendly and open to just talking about the day and such. I thoroughly enjoy coming into this branch to do our banking. Keep up the good Customer Service. It is truly a dying art in today’s world.

Connor Levi helped me refinance my truck and it was a wonderful experience! His attention to detail, outstanding customer service, and genuine interest helped me save over $2100 annually! I ended up opening a checking account along with another line of credit because of how he was able to help me. They have great rates! I am going to close my accounts at Bank of America and switch over. Looking forward to financing other business pursuits through Mountain America.

Called in with some questions about qualifying for specific types of loans because I’m looking at taking some exciting new steps in my life for me and my family, had to wait on hold for a while but got connected to Coby, he was super helpful and patient because I’ve never really looked into loans before so it’s all new to me, and he walked me through all the info I needed to know to be able to take those steps. I came in today to discuss opening up a bank account for my daughter. She has the entrepreneurial spirit in her and wants to start a company one day; so we’ve been working on financial literacy. We were paired with Coby R. who was extremely helpful, great with my daughter and was polite and really helped get us. We can’t thank him and MACU enough!
