After a long day of work, and living in a hotel (small space with 2 children and spouse) for the last 6 months and counting from an apartment fire, Joseph went above and beyond and made my day! I tried to cash my check every where but it was after 6pm and honestly I had already lost hope… I decided to try one last place and as I walked in Joseph had a smile on his face and instantly greeted me (just having a person that was positive made my day a lot better) and he was actually able to cash my check! Everywhere was trying to charge me over $200, and they were able to do it a lot cheaper! Thank you Joseph for making my day…. No Month! You have no idea how much that smile and greeting as I walked in meant to me.

Joseph should have never been placed here! I liked Rick way better and he was way more knowledgeable and friendly. Get rid of Joseph and find someone else friendly and knowledgeable. He was a huge waste of time.
