I wish I could give 0 stars. Annette, threatened to call the cops because it was past closing and I was still needing help. Keep in mind I was already in the store way before closing even came. She was very inpatient, rude, body language also showed she didn’t want to help and took every part of my concerns personal. She even was saying all of my personal info out loud for others to hear. She acted way out of character and even got more disrespectful next to her co worker champagne. She lied countless times on a certain process. I am reporting this company and her until she no longer works here. This is no way to treat a customer who just wanted peace of mind at the end of the day. Shame on you check smart!!!!

The staff was very attentive and cooperative to my needs and I have been able to address my financial needs without issues. Thank you!

This place is completely incompetent rude disrespectful I went into cash a check and was told I need to fill out a loan application and she's like the back of it talks about the check cashing I'm not giving you my social security number and all that stuff to cash a check they ever heard of identity fraud identity theft I mean come on now what do you need all that personal you know information and because I didn't have my cell phone on me they refused to cash my check because I couldn't answer it so they couldn't verify they have to have a valid phone number that's mine to cash a check

The girl with the dark hair was not nice at all and very rude. I brought all the paperwork needed besides a utility bill and the guy I spoke to prior coming up there said bring my insurance card and he'll submit it and see what they say. After bringing in all of that I gave her the documents she insisted that she's been there long enough to know they wouldn't accept it right away without even listening to me then after that she states that it will take a few hours for a possible decision or another day. That was not explained in the beginning so all around horrible experience would not recommend them or her to ANYONE!!!!

After having to hassle with a couple other places I came here. The staff is super friendly which is why I have been going here almost a year now. 5 stars for awesome customer service! UPDATE 9/14/22 THIS PLACE HAS PROGRESSIVELY GONE DOWN HILL WITH CHARGING EXUBERANT FEES. GO ELSEWHERE TO CASH YOUR CHECK. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW HIGH THE FEES ARE ON A TITLE LOAN LOL YOUVE LOST A 6 YEAR CUSTOMER FOR GOOD!!
