I have been a customer two years now in Chandler. Never missed a payment almost paid off loan three years early. Kept getting loan offers, so I applied to renew loan to pay off some we debts took four days to speak with office only to be informed I was offered 34% interest rate on a secured loan, my fico is higher and I have secure income. Thanks but no thanks. Paying off the loan on Thursday never coming back. Take me off all your mailers.

Applied for a secured loan in December 2021. After submitting all documents, never heard back. Came into Chandler office on 01/10/2022 to try and speak with Manager Alysha. Receptionist Joanna Martinez stated she was busy and informed me no work had been done on my loan. I subsequently pulled my application. Ms. Martinez simply replied “ok” and never tried to get the manger. Not a good way to attract business.

So I got an email on Monday the 23rd about lowering interest. I put in an application to go ahead and get more money and reup my 5 year commitment (you think they would want that). I get a call about an offer and I asked a question and today the 26th I went ahead and called them. I was told they are very shorthanded. I get it. I was then told that any offers would still have to get approved. I then asked if this could take days like the call back did. I was told yes it possibly could. Well I then said just cancel everything and I will go with a different lender and pay them off. I just expected someone who has never missed a payment in more than 4 years they might fight to keep my business, boy i was wrong about that. Goodbye One Main.

My loan officer Tina Hoyt in the Chandler, AZ was amazing. She took my application and got me approved very quickly and I was able to get the money I needed in just a few hours. Tina was professional and friendly. I will be recommendOmg my friends and family to OneMain. Only thing that would have made the process better would be making the funds immediately available. I took my proceeds check to my Bank of America branch same bank the check was written from and it took over an hour for OneMain to make the funds available.

I am a small business owner here in Tempe, when One main Financial contacted me about a loan I told Tina I owned 2 business and asked her what I needed to show income. She replied your Tax returns personal and business. I submitted them and then I found out they only go off 1 line on your personal income tax return. As a small business owner my personal income shows a reduced amount as my business's make the profits. I was denied based on this miss information and now I have an inquiry on my credit report. I was completely upfront and told Tine every thing but yet she failed in to give me the truth. Not good business! I am giving this business a failing rating!

I applied for a loan the other night. Got responded to by this local branch the following morning. I spoke to nice lady for a couple of minuets as we went over my information on a recorded line. I provided drivers license and my ssn #. I NEVER misquote my SSN and I had repeatedly given it to the lady over the phone. She made the mistake of putting in the wrong SSN and proceeded to provide me with someone else’s credit information. Soon enough the customer rep, had me believing that I had 160,000 mortgage loan in Virginia and that being the reason they wouldn’t be able to provide me with a personal loan today. I live on the west coast lol. Being provided this false information about my credit history led me to waste away my whole afternoon with bank calls and credit bureau calls, and wait times. All of which came to the conclusion that no such thing pops up on my credit history. I call back this branch for the 3rd time today to further inquire the inconsistency, and I ask “ ARE YOU GUYS SURE YOU HAVE MY INFORMATION CORRECT?” which they later realized they didn’t. But the lady proceeded to characterize the situation as if I HAD GIVEN AND VERIFIED THE WRONG SSN multiple times and was now deemed suspicious. Even though -the proof is in the pudding- the recorded phone calls are there for a reason. I gave the same SSN all through my interactions with the bank. But the representative was too prideful to admit her mistake . An hour later I personally drove to this bank to give a physical copy of my SSN hoping that we could put this behind us, no matter whose at fault (cause honestly I just needed a loan). But I knew from the moment I was approached at the door and said my name, that I was going to be denied and my application wasn’t going to be fairly admitted and looked at. If someone from corporate sees this, I would love to further inquire about my experience today it was quite awful

Applied got approved, for a secured loan , was told they couldn't take my collateral. So my credit was ran for nothing . They also have poor communication. I was told I would get a call back on Friday that never happend ,I called Monday no one answered untill I blocked my number.
